川が無く、降った雨は地中へしみこむため周囲の海は透明度が高く２０ｍ以上の海底が
青くきれいに見えます。

This morning ,we rented a car and went driving to north western part of the island.
The land is limestone, and many caves and chasms exist. Rain penetrate into soil and there is no river. So, surrounding sea is highly transparent, 20m bottom is seen in blue beautifully.
