関門海峡通過

　昨日１２日は朝８時防府発、１３時３０分に新門司マリーナ到着。久しぶりに晴れて穏やかな航海でした。マリーナは築２０年にしてはきれいテント屋根のウッドデッキでビルが飲め、屋内も広くてレストラン、会議室、ロビーなど。当日結婚式をしていました。４５フィートは１泊６３００円（水、電気付）。免税軽油がリッター１０５円で安かったので１２０リッター購入。ごみ袋１個１８０円で買えば
ごみを捨てさせてくれました。
　１６時ころタクシーで門司港ﾚﾄﾛ観光へ。５時で閉まるので急いで、旧三井倶楽部、旧大阪商船、旧門司税関を回って、高さ３１階のマンションてっぺんにある展望室へ。関門海峡が一望できました。そしてたくさん店がある海峡プラザに行き、居酒屋で夕食。
　今日２３日は朝８：２０に出港、潮どまり１０：３７の１時間前に関門海峡進入開始、１０時に大橋下を通過しました。日曜日なのでつり船がたくさん居て、大きな通過船が警笛を何度も鳴らしていましたが、釣り船は知らん顔で居座っていました。
　We entered Shinmoji Marina at 13:30 under mild fine weather. In late afternoon we went to Moji Port Retro sight seeing area by taxi , and visited Old Mitui Club House where Einstein stayed, Old Osaka Trading Ship Co.'s building, and Old Moji Customs Building. Then ,we went up to the Viewing Room at 31 st floor of an apartment building.
   Today, June 23, we passed Kanmon Channel at 10:00 AM and come to Japan Sea. Soon we will arrive at Murotsu.

やっと雨が上がる

昨日21日は台風崩れが近づきつつあるとのことだったので早めに07：00に祝島を出港、昼前11：50に防府マリーナに入りました。6年前に寄ったときはまともだったポンツーンが傾いていて、今にも崩れそうな状態。係留して事務所へ行ったら「お金は要りません」でラッキー！　午後、タクシーで三田尻へ向かい、桑の山温泉という公衆浴場へ。ここにコインランドリーがあったので洗濯。近くのスーパーで食料品を買出し。涼しいので鍋料理にしました。台風は弱まって温帯低気圧になり、
四国南を通過しましたが、20ｋｔくらいの北東の風が吹いただけで全く問題なし。今日22日は3日ぶりに雨がやんで曇り、殆ど無風の中、新門司へ向かってます。
We left Iwaijima at 7:00 on June 21 and moved to safer Houhu Marina before noon, under 20kt NE wind.　But,the approaching typhoon degaraded into just a depression and the wind did not grow higher.The rain which had lasted three days stopped today. We are now motoring to Shinmoji Marina at the western end of Setonaikai under calm weather.

瀬戸内は今日も雨だった

6月20日朝、池原さんが下船後、7時45分に堀江海の駅を出港。雨の中４０Ｍ先の祝島へ向かいました。雨はずっと降り続きましたが風は穏やかで昨日よりは楽だった。向かい潮にも会わず15時に祝島に到着、7年くらい前に止めたと同じ場所に舫いました。

　　Today was rainy again.We left Matuyama at 7:45 and arrived at Iwaijima island at 15:00.

 Iwaijima was covered with fog when we arrived, and the high hill top was hidden.












The houses of this island are mostly covered with typical walls made of round stones.

松山へ・・・今日はひどかった

6月18日　朝９：３０、佐藤さんと別れて弓削を出港、南西１５Ｍの来島海峡を目指す。予報どおり雨模様で南西の逆風が強く、風速計が３０ｋｔ付近をたびたび示す。潮どまりの約1時間前の12：30に海峡入り口にとう着、電光掲示板が流速順方向３ｋｔと示していたので、そのまま進入。ＡＩＳをオンにしていたら、ＶＨＦ１６ｃｈで呼び出され、航路標識のすぐ外を通るようになどと指導されました。来島海峡を抜けてから堀江海の駅まで２０Ｍのﾚｸﾞも向かい風、向かい潮で、堀江到着は1時間遅れの17時。ＪＲ駅も近いのですが、タクシーで道後温泉へ向かいました。

From Yuge to Horie Port of Matuyama City, the wind was 25-30kt against which made today's voyage a bit tough. 

 We arrived at Kurushima Channel, whose maximum current reaches 9kt, one hour before lull . The current was 3kt in following direction, So, we entered the channel immediately.

弓削島はいいところ

18日朝７：３０高松出港、島々の間を通って15時30分に弓削島に入港。目の前の町役場が管理する海の駅のポンツーンに舫いました。水も、電気もポンツーンまで来ていて至れり尽くせりなのに1泊420円でありがたい！　丘の上の見晴らしがすばらしいところにフェスパの湯、という立派な
お風呂があり、送迎までしてくれて600円（シルバー５00円）とこれまたうれしい。近くのお魚屋さんでひらめ、イカ、アジなど買い込んで船内で、佐藤さんの送別を兼ねて宴会。佐藤さんは翌朝連絡船で帰路に着かれました。
　We left Takamatu at 7:30 on the morning of 18th and arrived at Yuge-jima Island at 15:30, after enjoying cruising through many scattered islands under nice weather. In Yuge4-jima there was a nice big bath on the hill. The pontoon in the harbor was facsilitated with water and electricity supply and the fee was only 450yen. How kind!

 6月16日　6時30分、1日　遅れで、丹羽徳子さん、佐藤さん、丹羽豊次さん、池原さんと僕

の5人で出航しました。家内、杉原さん、榊さんなどが見送ってくれました。

　King Bee left Shima Yacht Harbor at 6:30 on June 16.

夜間航海で潮岬を回って紀伊水道を通過、17日朝、潮どまりを狙って9時に小鳴門に進入しました。

  We sailed throughout night around Shionomisaki Cape and through Kii-suido Channel and arrived at Konaruto Channel at 9:00 ,June 17, and entered Setonaikai Inland Sea at 9:45.

 鳴門の朝の潮どまりに間に合ったので、高松

に14：30分に高松に到着でき、高松マリーナに舫いました。朝電話したら「前日予約でないとだめです」といわれましたが、高松港湾管理事務所に頼んでOKを取り付けました。1泊

3080円でラッキー。　早速風呂屋さんと居酒屋へ！

　Scince we could be in time for the morning lull of Naruto Channel ,we arrived at Takamatu one day earlier than planned.
