ラリー無事終了

　　１０月１０日夕、芦屋マリーナでラリーのFarewell　Party が行われました。昼間見学に行った「白鹿」のこもかぶりの鏡割りで始まり、外国人セーラーのアトラクションがいろいろ続きました。そして彼らから日本人参加者一人一人に面白いプレゼントも手渡されたり、なかなか向こうの人たちは趣向を凝らして楽しむのが上手で、感心させられました。キングビーはクイーンビーだといって縫いぐるみを頂きました。
　　１０月１１日朝、全員集合でさよならを言い合って、それぞれ帰路に。キングビーは和歌山マリーナシティーを目指しましたが、向かい風が３０ｋｔ以上、海上風警報も出ていて、速度が上がらないのであきらめて、１５時に淡輪マリーナに入港しました。

　　　The Farewell Party was held in the evening of Oct.10. Foreign sailors played several attractions, and gave every Japanese sailor a nice present. They are very good in enjoying a party.
         King Bee left Ashiya Harbor at 9:20 after saying good by to everybody. Tonight we are staying at Tannowa Marina of Osaka.

ラリーに戻りました

　　１０月８日夕、芦屋マリーナに停泊中のラリーに戻りました。台風が近づいたため安全を期して早めに、７日に皆で芦屋マリーナに移動していました。９日朝近くの日本海側を台風が通りましたが、たいしたことはありませんでした。
　　　On Oct.8, I returned from Kyoto to Rally after finishing my father's funeral. All the Rally boats had moved to Ashiya Marina on Oct.7, to avoid Typhoon.

２－３日休みます

　９７歳の父が昨日亡くなりました。急遽、京都へ行きますので２－３日ブログはお休みとさせてください。
　My father passed away yesterday. He was 97 years old. I have to go to Kyoto for a couple of days, so, my blog cannot be updated 2-3days.

琴平観光

　　１０月３日夕食は大広間で宴会しながら。米国からの女性Ｇａｉｌさんの歌、日本人セーラーの合唱なども飛び出し賑やかでした。琴参閣のような旅館は初めての外人も多く、温泉も日本食も大うけ。翌４日午前中は金毘羅参り。約８００段をふうふう言って皆で上りました。

     And went for sightseeing to the famous Konpira shrine .

境が浜でも歓迎会

　　２日１６時に５Ｍ東の境が浜に到着。立派な境が浜マリーナで歓迎会をしていただきました。そして３日朝８時半に境が浜を出港、そろって四国の仁尾マリーナ（香川県）へ向かいました。いい北東の風を受けて、キングビーもエンジン止め、静かに帆走。時には７ノットも出て快走でした。１２時半に仁尾マリーナ到着。今日からは外人ゲストが交代で、キングビーにはオーストラリアのバﾘｰさんとマリアンヌさんが。今日は初めて旅館琴参閣どまりです。明日は金毘羅参り。

尾道見物

　　１０月１日午後３時前後に全艇尾道海の駅に到着、協力し合ってうまくもやい完了。１７時から歓迎夕食会。市長のご挨拶も頂きました。１９時からは海の駅デッキで音楽演奏も交えたパーティー。遅くまで賑やかでした。
　　１０月２日は８：４５集合で先ず市庁舎へ挨拶に。その後、午前中は尾道観光。３時に尾道を出港して境が浜マリーナへ向かいます。
　　
　　At around 15:00 all the participating boats arrived at Onomichi Umino-eki(sea-station). From17:00, we were invited to the reception dinner with Onomichi Mayer'sw attendance. From 19:00 was a Party with various music playing, some foreign participants also played.
      At 8:45 on Oct.2, we all went to the City Hall for greeting to the Mayer, and then sight seeing in the morning. We will soon leave here at 15:00 and go to Sakaigahama Marina some 6M in the east.

尾道へ向かってます

　　３０日昼前に大崎上島御手洗のポンツーンに到着、Ｃｒｏｗ’ｓ　Ｎｅｓｔ　も先にとまっていて、一緒に御手洗観光を１時間あまりしました。古い家や、伊能忠敬が測量のために泊まった家の資料などに外人は感心していました。そして１６時ころ大三島宮浦港に１０艇全部が到着。１７時から今治市観光課の方々の歓迎式、１７時２０分にスーパー銭湯マーレグラッシアの送迎バスに乗ってお風呂へ。戻っての夕食は各艇で。
　　１０月１日午前中は大山祇神社へお参りに。義経、頼朝、河野水軍などが寄進したおびただしい数のよろい兜、刀剣が陳列されている宝物殿は見ごたえがありました。１１時ころ大三島出港、尾道を目指してます。
　　Ａｒｏｕｎｄ　１６：００, Sept.30, we arrived at Ohmishima after stopping at MItarai for sightseeing for a while. In the morning of Oct.1, we went to Ohyamazumi Shrine by walking 15minutes. Scince this srine is for god of fighting, many heroes in olden days donated armors and swards and 80% of national treasure class armours and swards are kept inits treasure house.
