宮古の復興は進んでいました。

　　昨日7日夕、帰ってきた前の漁船の漁師さんがイカを数杯くれました、その後斜め前の漁船からもまた数杯のイカを頂き、玉の脇漁港周りには店がなさそうなのでうれしい限り。そのうち、玉の脇からあまちゃんの小袖港まで、土日のみ運行している観光船の若い女性船長さんがお見えになり、船内をご案内。彼女は、宮古の商船学校を卒業後、長崎のハウステンボスでも仕事をしていたそうで、King Bee（当時はジュゴン）が係留されていたのを毎日見ていた、とのこと。練習船海王丸でアメリカにもいったことがあるそうです。女川にお知り合いが居られるとのことで、お電話くださり、１０日に女川に着いたら自分の旅客船に横抱きさせてくれるとの了解を頂きました。久慈は津波でお亡くなりになった方はお二人居られますが、津波の被害はさほどひどくはなかったそうです。
　　８月８日朝６：５０に玉の脇港出港。今日はもやがかかって入るが晴れ、弱風の中、機走のみで１３：５０に宮古、閉伊川河口東岸にある道の駅「シートピアなあど」横の岸壁に問題なく係留で来て、ほっとしました。３年前にもここに係留しましたが、津波でシートピアなあどの建物は壊れ、立て直したそうで、立派な２階建ての大きな建物が完成し、みやげ物販売、レストランなど開業してました。近くの浄土が浜も今年の海の日に遊歩道も完成し、元に戻ったそう。タクシーで田の神湯へ（１２２０円）。田の神湯の前には大きなスーパー、コインランドリーがあり便利。町はほぼ完全に復興しているようでした。もっと北の海岸がひどかったそうです。

The tsunami reached the blue line.

Yesterday evening , returned fishing two fishing boats gave us many squids they had caught. So, dinner on boat was good. A young woman captain of the sightseeing boat which works only on weekends visited King Bee. She kindly telephoned to her friend in Onagawa, and got permission to tie to his sightseeing boat when King Bee arrives at Onagawa on Aug.10. People here in Sanriku Coast is very kind even though they suffered from the big tsunami severely.
      Aug.8, at 6:50 King Bee left Tamanowaki Port of Kuji City. We motored all the way to Miyako under fine weather ,weak wind , no fog but hazy and arrived at Miyako at 13:50. We tied King Bee to the same place we tied 3years ago, just at the river mouth, eastern side, beside the rebuilt big two storied building "Seatopia Naado" rebuilt because the preceding one was destroyed by the big tsunami. The town was almost complete after the disaster.
